It is illegal, dishonorable and a crime to copy and/or distribute database, product, or service information or any materials without written permissions from UbudAccommodation.com


UbudAccommodation.com does not accept any liability for any injuries, losses, claims, damages or any indirect or consequential loss of any kind in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of the use of the website or for any products or services purchased from UbudAccommodation.com. UbudAccommodation.com does not guarantee the availability and/or quality of products and/or services, accuracy of information provided by third parties.


PRIVACY POLICY

Law of Agreement
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. The regulations of the Republic of Indonesia shall rules any claims or legal actions arising relating this agreement.

Reservation Procedures
All reservation will be proceeding if Member fills completely the Reservation Form. The reservation will be reply within 2 x 24 hours. If the reservation is not confirmed UbudAccommodation.com staff will inform  and give the other suggestions. UbudAccommodation.com need credit card's number as only as a guarantee and it will not be charged as a payment. UbudAccommodation.com will inform in a separate email if any another details are required by hotels i.e. deposit for "Peak Season Period".

Upon check-in date, Guest shall present himself/herself personally, his/her Generated ID (ie Proof of Purchase), Credit Card and other necessary identification documents (passport) for the purposes of confirming his/her identity and reservation to the relevant personnel at the hotel.

Payments
Payment shall be made directly by Guest to the reserved hotel. UbudAccommodation.com shall not be liable in any way if hotel refuses to accept or honor the Credit Card for any reasons. Furthermore, UbudAccommodation.com makes no responsibility to any surcharges made by Member's Credit Card issuer and/or his/her partner Banks. Guest need to check his/her Credit Card issuer if he/she has any questions regarding this matter.

Prices
Rates are quoted on per night per person basis and allow for maximum occupancy of the hotel as shown on the web site.
Guest can makes modifications/changes to his/her reservation by sending email to UbudAccommodation.com. UbudAccommodation.com will make a new reservation as per Guest request. UbudAccommodation.com shall not be liable in any way if Guest fails to secure previously reserved room rates and/or period of stay at the same hotel.

Modifications/Changes
Guest is liable for any additional charges or expenses imposed by Hotel/Villas in respect to such modifications/changes for shortening of stay and/or downgrading, extension of stay and/or upgrading of room type or full cancellation based on hotel/villa current Cancellation Policy.
Refunds, if any, shall be made by hotel directly to Guest based on its current Refund Policies.

Additional Terms
Additional Terms and Conditions may apply to reservation, purchase of services and other uses of portion of this site. Guest agrees to abide by such other Terms and Conditions.
