Villa Semana meeting facilities is available at the Library that is comfortable for a small meeting of 14 people maximum.

Villa Semana library is located on top of the Air Conditioned Restaurant. There are many books including guidebooks and various aspects of the Balinese Arts, Culture and History. We also offer many CD that guest can borrow with complimentary during staying at the Resort and the 24 hours Villa Service.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rate
   Rates Valid until 31 Oct 2008. All rates are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of 21% government tax, service charge and the following benefits:
   - Daily American Breakfast for 2 persons maximum in each room
   - Welcome drink and re-fresher towel upon arrival
   - Tropical Fruit basket replenished daily
   - Complimentary bottled mineral water daily
   - Free afternoon tea served by main pool between 1pm to 5pm
   - Free Shuttle Service to/from down town Ubud
   - A daily English news Paper
   - Gift for each guest upon departure
   - Honeymooner Benefits are:

2. Low & High Season Periods
   Low season period: January 07 - June 30, and September 01 - December 19,
   High season period: July 01 - August 31 and December 20 - January 06
   
    
3. Booking or Reservation
   Reservation subject to availability and confirmation. A minimum of 3 nights stay is required during high and peak season periods. All booking must be guaranted by Guest's Credit Card details. Non-guaranteed reservation will be automatically released at 21 days upon arrival date.
   
    
4. Check in/out time
   Check-in time: 14:00 pm
   Check-out time: 12:00 noon
   Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability
   
    
5. Terms of Payment
   The balance payment must be received 16 days prior to arrival for 1 night minimum deposit to secure the reservation.
   
    
6. Cancellation Policy
   Notice of cancellation must be received at least
   - Low season: 10 days notice (by the latest) prior to arrival
   - High season: 16 days notice (by the latest) prior to arrival
   - No show will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value
